Sorry, but for me this is by no means an Italian, dishes that are partly available in German restaurants.

This is an excellent restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was prompt and efficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is simply delicious. If you get a chance to sit on the veranda outside, you will get to see most of the historic sites while sipping coffee or enjoying a meal.

Unfortunately, after the tenant change, one disappointment! Despite the reservation on the terrace, the table had not yet been cleaned and set (my handicapped mother had to wait for crutches first), inside everything was renewed / renovated, but it looks very sterile. We had the following experiences with regard to the food: the salad was dry, hardly any dressing, fillet steak and rump steak were both ordered 'medium rare', but were served 'through' and 'medium', "homemade fries" were a miniature portion of less burnt oily potato sticks, My husband had ordered ribbon pasta as a side dish, but potatoes were served, the pikeperch fillet had bones, the prices were plentiful, the service was unprofessional or helpless, the large wine spritzer (4.90 EU) was in a normal white wine glass without 0.4l Served calibration line, the Viennese schnitzel quickly removed the entire breading, so that the wafer-thin meat (approx. 3-4 mm) was lying on the plate. All in all: We are already mourning our "old" landlord Severino and his great kitchen !!!

Evaluation before change of ownership, therefore not up to date.

As always great! It is a shame for us that unfortunately the pension will soon be heralded - but we are happy for the two !!! Let's see if the new owner can keep up in terms of food and hospitality ...

A very good restaurant with absolutely delicious food. Here is still homemade pasta! Besides, how can it be otherwise, excellent wines! A nice conversation with the owner is always in it! Come again!

Delicious food and very nice and attentive service! The bread, a delicious spicy oil and the orange cello were homemade and extremely yummy. An all-round successful evening. I recommend the restaurant Stivale gladly.

We liked it very much. The service was very friendly and the drinks and appetizer were quickly on the table. The unusual dishes (see photos) and the Tiramisu were optimistic and very tasty. In the outdoor area you have a beautiful view of the market square. Free parking is no problem in Oppenheim.

In short: mushy mushrooms, floating in oil liver, grumpy salad with grim service in expensive restaurant

Amazing food, amazing service

The pizza is delicious. There is also a selection of regional wines. The ambience is typical German economy, the service and the menu Italian.

During a trip to Oppenheim we ended up in this original, very nice restaurant. The staff and the owner were very friendly and very attentive. Delicious food and great wine. Gladly again on the next trip.

Above-average food, sense of aromas, beef steak was on point, the dressing for the salad perfectly coordinated and light. The best Italian I've eaten with. We will be back definitely!
